Junior Data Analyst

Data sits at the centre of how Happy Horizon measures campaign performance, personalisation, and product usage. As a Junior Data Analyst you will support project teams with reporting, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc analysis while building your skills under the guidance of senior analysts.

Day-to-day work includes preparing datasets in BigQuery or similar warehouses, building Looker Studio or Power BI views, and validating tracking implementations with our analytics engineers. You will document metric definitions so strategists and clients share a common language about results.

You will collaborate with CRM consultants on audience insights, with media specialists on attribution questions, and with developers when event schemas need refinement. The role suits someone who enjoys tidy data models, clear visualisations, and explaining numbers in plain language.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in data science, econometrics, business analytics, or equivalent practical experience

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming datasets

• Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels

• Attention to detail when checking data quality and tracking setups

• Curious, collaborative attitude and fluent English; Dutch language skills are welcome but not required
