Job description

Email journeys, lead nurturing, and triggered campaigns are central to how many clients grow relationships at scale. Happy Horizon is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimise flows in platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This remote role connects you with strategists, CRM consultants, designers, and copywriters across the Netherlands. You translate journey maps into segmented campaigns, set up testing where appropriate, and monitor deliverability and engagement metrics. You also support integrations with websites and CRM so data moves reliably between systems.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Three or more years of hands-on marketing automation or lifecycle marketing experience

  • Experience building email programmes, nurture flows, and behavioural triggers in a major platform

  • Understanding of segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing, and GDPR-conscious data use

  • Ability to work with HTML email templates and collaborate with designers and copywriters

  • Professional Dutch and English; CRM integration experience is a strong advantage
