Motion Designer

Our creative studio produces brand films, social animations, explainers, and campaign assets for digital channels. As a Motion Designer, you bring concepts to life through animation, editing, and sound design in collaboration with art directors, copywriters, and producers.

You interpret storyboards, develop motion styles that fit brand guidelines, and deliver files optimised for web, social, and presentation use. You may also support live action shoots with graphics preparation and post-production. Feedback rounds with clients are part of the process, and you balance creative ambition with practical timelines.

Working hybrid from Gennep, you will be embedded in project teams and contribute to our shared asset libraries and motion templates. The role suits someone with a sharp eye for timing, typography, and visual storytelling.

What you bring

• Three or more years of professional motion design or animation experience

• Strong skills in After Effects and familiarity with Premiere Pro or similar tools

• Portfolio demonstrating work for digital campaigns, social, or branded content

• Understanding of export settings for different platforms and aspect ratios

• Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and manage multiple deadlines

• Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour for screen

• MBO or HBO education in animation, audiovisual design, or equivalent professional background
