Senior Digital Project Manager

Happy Horizon delivers complex digital programmes spanning websites, campaigns, CRM, and integrations. As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you lead multidisciplinary teams from kick-off through delivery, keeping scope, budget, and timelines aligned with client expectations.

You facilitate planning sessions, run stand-ups and steering meetings, and maintain clear documentation for decisions and risks. You are the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters and work with discipline leads to resolve blockers. Your experience helps you anticipate dependencies between design, development, content, and media workstreams.

This role is primarily on-site in Gennep, reflecting the collaborative nature of delivery and client workshops. You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to improving our project methodology.

What you bring

• Six or more years of project or programme management in digital agencies or consultancies

• Track record delivering web, marketing, or platform projects with multiple stakeholders

• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches and knowing when each fits

• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Comfort with project tools, budgeting, and resource planning

• Professional English and Dutch for client communication

• HBO or university education in business, IT, or project management, or equivalent experience
