UX Designer

Happy Horizon's Creative & Experience practice shapes websites, apps, and customer journeys for clients who need clarity, not decoration. You will work in cross-functional pods with strategists, developers, and copywriters from discovery through launch.

Your responsibilities include user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. You present concepts in client workshops, incorporate feedback without losing sight of user needs, and support developers during build with specs and design QA.

We are a full-service agency in Gennep with teams across strategy, technology, data, and media. You will see projects end to end, which means your design choices are tied to real constraints: timelines, CMS capabilities, and analytics goals. We look for designers who listen well and make defensible decisions.

What you bring

• Three to five years of UX or product design experience on digital products or marketing platforms

• Strong portfolio showing research, flows, wireframes, and shipped UI work

• Skilled in Figma, including components, variants, and handoff to development teams

• Experience facilitating workshops or interviews with clients and end users

• Understanding of accessibility basics (WCAG) and responsive design patterns

• HBO-level education or equivalent professional experience; fluent Dutch and English
